This Fulfillment Policy outlines the process for delivering our services, ensuring transparency, and adhering to industry standards, including Stripe’s guidelines.


1. Service Description

At Visibull, we offer a variety of digital marketing and fintech services, including but not limited to:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Reputation Management
  • Content Creation & Strategy
  • Website Development and Optimization
  • Unified Communications
  • Merchant Services
  • Analytics & Reporting

Each service is clearly described on our website, and pricing details for each package or service are available before purchase. If you have any questions about the services offered, feel free to contact us before making a purchase.

2. Payment Terms

Payments for all digital marketing services are processed securely through Stripe. Before the start of any service, clients are required to make an upfront payment, either in full or through a customized payment plan as outlined in the service agreement and/or invoice. Invoices will be sent electronically, and payment confirmation will be provided via email.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH transactions. All transactions are conducted over secure, SSL-encrypted connections, ensuring that your payment details remain confidential and secure.

3. Fulfillment Timeline

Once payment has been received and confirmed, the delivery of services will commence based on the project’s scope and timeline, which will be agreed upon by both parties before the transaction.

  • Initial Consultations: Performed at no cost prior to payment of any services.
  • Campaign Services (e.g., SEO, Reputation Management): Services will begin within 1-2 business days after payment is processed.
  • Website Development/Design: Depending on the complexity of the project, design and development timelines range from 10 to 45 business days, and that timeline starts when the project reaches the front of the project queue. Initial deposit (50% of total website cost), once processed will secure your position in the project queue.  Specific timelines will be discussed and outlined in the service contract.

All service delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the scope of work. Delays will be communicated promptly to the client.

4. Communication & Reporting

For ongoing services like reputation management and SEO campaigns, clients will receive and/or have access to regular reports detailing performance metrics, insights, and campaign adjustments. Reporting frequency will be agreed upon at the start of the engagement, typically ranging from on-demand, to weekly to monthly updates.

All communication will be conducted via phone, text, email, web meeting or through the designated project management platform (if applicable).

5. Service Revisions and Adjustments

We offer revisions based on the specific service package you select:

  • Reputation Management Campaigns: You are entitled to unlimited revisions during the campaign duration, as specified in the terms on your invoice.
  • SEO Campaigns:  You are entitled, at any time, to alter the focus of services and/or geographic areas you want to target for improved visibility in search with the understanding that frequent adjustments can negatively impact project performance.
  • Website Development: Revisions are included at various stages of the development process, as outlined in your project agreement. Once the final product is delivered, additional revisions may incur extra fees.

All revision requests must be submitted in email or through the designated project management platform (if applicable).

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We are committed to client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital marketing services, we have the following refund and cancellation terms:

  • Cancellations: For your benefit, service terms are no longer than one month.  Our ethical mission is reflected in your freedom to commit in both time and money to no longer than one month’s worth of service at a time.  You can also cancel at any time without incurring any cancelation fees.  All services we deliver are pre-paid either as a one-time charge or month-to-month with a 7-day notice to cancel.  We will also waive the 7-day notice to cancel as long as services can be turned off prior to next billing cycle.  Full refunds are available for any service paid where work has not yet started.
  • No Refunds for Partial or Completed Services: Partial refunds are not available for work already started due to the costs and logistics involved in reserving resources for the month.  This is why we provide free consults to ensure the services purchased are a fit for your needs.  Once a service (e.g., SEO audit, website design) has been delivered and completed, no refunds will be issued.  For any instance at no fault of your own (e.g. act of God), where we are unable to deliver services as promised, we will provide you with the option of a partial or full refund (depending on what was delivered), a credit, or an extension of time.

7. Delivery Methods

Our services are digital and delivered either via email, through online platforms, or direct access to websites or digital accounts. No physical products will be shipped. Clients will receive all deliverables electronically through a secure method agreed upon during the onboarding process.

  • Reports and Documents: Sent via email in PDF or Excel format, or via link to online reports, depending on the service.
  • Website Assets: Delivered via secure file sharing or direct integration with the client’s hosting platform.

8. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely fulfillment of services, clients are expected to provide:

  • Clear project requirements and goals.
  • Necessary access to digital accounts or platforms (e.g., Google Business Profile, social media accounts, website back-end).
  • Timely feedback and approval during key project milestones.

Failure to provide required information or access may delay the fulfillment of services. We will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late client submissions.
